Check nearby arrival gates first. If you still cannot find your driver, send a photo of your luggage and your location via LINE.

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for any booking changes.

Your driver will wait at the hotel lobby, building entrance or designated pickup area.
The driver will confirm the booking name before departure.
Vehicle registration details will be sent via LINE at least 1 hour before pickup.
Please be ready at the pickup point 5–10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
