Arrival Gates (A–E) vary depending on the airline and arrival schedule.
Flight delays of 1–2 hours are not a problem. Your driver will continue monitoring the flight and wait accordingly.
Typical Arrival Time
Most passengers meet their driver within 60–90 minutes after landing, including immigration and baggage claim.
Can’t Find Your Driver?
Check nearby arrival gates first. If you still cannot find your driver, send a photo of your luggage and your location via LINE.

Free waiting time up to 90 minutes after landing.
Changes
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for any booking changes.
